Image orders
You can order digital images from our collections, both from the museum’s database and from the physical archives. The processing time is up to two weeks. Image orders for larger and more extensive orders have a longer processing time.
Cost
SEK 300 for high-resolution TIF image files 1–3, then SEK 100 per image.
Delivery Method
We deliver all images in digital format. You will receive an email notification when the image files are ready. The notification will contain a link where you can download the files to your computer.
Search in the museum database
The museum has a public database where you can search for images yourself: Collection database
You are welcome to download low-resolution images from the collection database. Contact us to order high-resolution images.
When publishing, please cite the Museum of Gothenburg as the source. Always state the name of the photographer or other author if known, or alternatively ‘photographer unknown’. Please note that it is your responsibility to contact the copyright holder if you intend to reproduce copyrighted material.
