A paper note worth 5 kronor. The note is 12 x 7 cm and made of watermark paper. On the front, a large ‘5’ is visible in the left corner. To the right of it, in flowing letters, it reads ‘Sveriges Riksbank.’ In the center of the note, there is a round red pattern, and the text continues, ‘…redeems on demand this note of FIVE KRONOR with gold coin according to the law on the country’s coin of May 30, 1873.’ In the lower right corner, there is an image of Mother Svea in Greek attire with a lion by her side. On the back, there is a portrait of Gustav I (Vasa) with a large beard and a beret on his head. The portrait is framed by a circle with a ‘5’ on each side. Blue fibers resembling fuzz are embedded in the paper to deter counterfeiting. Prop.
