Cigar stand

En brunmålad figurin av ett barn och en hund.

Cigar stand

A cigar stand made of brown-painted ceramic. The painting is done to mimic metal. The stand has an ashtray and a holder for cigars. It is decorated with a child and a dog. It is likely manufactured in the 1860s. It was owned and used by Captain Anders Waennerlund, who lived between 1791 and 1875. The cigar stand was acquired by the City Museum in 1973 as a gift from Mrs. Märta Torin, Gothenburg.
