Blue box with nibs
A blue box of nibs for fountain pens. Inside the box, there is a large number of metal nibs. The user would insert a nib into a pen holder and then dip the nib into ink. These nibs were imported by Nathan Jacob Gumpert, a man who owned a book and stationery store in Gothenburg. The nibs are called “N.J. Gumpert’s Oblique Pen”. The box is dark blue with gold stars. The label is black with gold-colored text. It was donated to the City Museum by the trading firm A. Magnus & Co.
